Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time depends on your location. We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business day.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order on our website by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply visit the tracking page and enter your order number.
How much does shipping cost?
The Express first class shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, Express first class shipping is $4.95.
Multiple shipping options are available at check out.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change your shipping address if your order has not been shipped yet. Simply contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update the address for you.
What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?
If you're not home to receive your order, the delivery carrier may leave a notice for you to pick up the package at a local post office. If the package is not picked up within the specified time frame, it will be returned to us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please send us an email immediately, including your full name and order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and credit card payments including Discover, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.

Yes, we use Stripe which is a highly secure and encrypted system designed to protect both our customers and merchants.
How do I know if my payment was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation email and receipt once your payment has been processed successfully.
What currency is the store in?
The store is in US dollars.
How do I use a discount code?
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.
